Tour Plan

Arrival at Queen Alia International Airport. Assist and greet by our representative in Jordan. Start our day by visiting Madaba, the Monastery of St. George, which hosts the unique Mosaic Map of Egypt, Jordan, and the Holy Land believed to be the first one in the area built in the 6th century. Continue to Mt. Nebo where Moses viewed the Promised Land before he died (Deuteronomy 34:1-8). Transfer to Amman Hotel for check-in, dinner, and overnight.

Breakfast at the hotel. Full day visit to the most famous attraction in Jordan, the Nabatean city of Petra. Petra, meaning “stone” in Greek, is perhaps the most spectacular ancient city remaining in the modern world and a must-see for visitors to Jordan and the Middle East. The city, carved out of solid rock, was the capital of the Nabateans - Arabs who dominated the lands of Jordan during pre-Roman times. In the quiet of the early morning or late afternoon, when the sandstone rock glows red with quiet grandeur, you'll truly appreciate the magnificence of Petra. Return to Amman Hotel for dinner and overnight.

Breakfast at the hotel. Check out and head to Allenby crossing bridge. After passport control and crossing to the Holy Land, meet our guide and driver. Start the day with a visit to the Baptismal Site in Bethany on the Jordan River where Jesus was baptized. We will have the chance to renew our baptismal vows. Drive along the Jordan Valley to the ancient city of Jericho, the oldest continuously inhabited city in the world. The Mount of Temptation will also be in sight. Tour the city of Jericho and visit the Sycamore Tree site, reminding ourselves of the encounter between Jesus and Zacchaeus. View Elijah Springs. In the late afternoon, head north towards Tiberias to check in at our hotel for dinner and overnight.

Begin with a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, followed by a visit to the Ancient Boat Museum that houses a 2000-year-old fishing boat. Continue to the Mount of Beatitudes, where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount. Reflect on Jesus’ sermon and enjoy the enchanting gardens. Visit Tabgha, the site where Jesus fed the crowd of 5,000, and Peter's Primacy, where Jesus appeared to His disciples for the third time after His Resurrection (John 21:9). Visit Capernaum, associated with Jesus' ministry. See the house of Peter's mother-in-law and an ancient synagogue. Drive to Caesarea Philippi, located at the sources of the River Jordan, where Peter identified Jesus as the Messiah (Matthew 16:13-20). Return to the Sea of Galilee along the Golan Heights overlooking Damascus. Return to the hotel on the Sea of Galilee for dinner and overnight.

Commence the day at the majestic Mount Tabor, the traditional site of the Transfiguration (Matthew 17:1-9), offering a moment to reflect on the dual nature of Christ. Journey to Cana, where Jesus performed His first miracle by turning water into wine at the Wedding Feast (John 2:1-11), a symbol of His divine grace. Continue to Nazareth to visit the Church of the Annunciation, where the Angel Gabriel appeared to Mary telling her that she would bear the Son of God. Drive south to Bethlehem to check in at our hotel for dinner and overnight.

Drive south to Bethlehem and pause at Shepherd's Field, where angels announced Jesus' birth to shepherds (Luke 2:8-20). Visit the Nativity Church, marking Jesus' birthplace, and the Garden Tomb, where Jesus was resurrected after three days, to visit the empty tomb and celebrate Holy Communion. Continue to the Israel Museum to encounter the Dead Sea Scrolls. Return to Bethlehem for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, begin the day on the Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of the Old City. Visit the Ascension Church where Jesus ascended to Heaven. Walk the Palm Sunday Trail to the Church of the Pater Noster, where Christ taught the Lord’s Prayer (Luke 11:2, Matthew 6:9-13). Continue to the Church of Dominus Flevit, where Jesus wept over Jerusalem (Luke 19:37-44), the Church of All Nations, and the Church of Gethsemane (Mark 14:26-72). Continue to Mt. Zion to visit the Upper Room, Dormition Abbey, and the Tomb of David. Visit St. Peter of Gallicantu, where Jesus was jailed after praying in Gethsemane (Mark 14:26-72). Then, visit the Western Wall, the holiest site in Judaism. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport. Depending on flight time, visit Old Jaffa, St. Peter’s Church, and Simon the Tanner’s house.
